Eunan "Rocky" O'Carroll is a seasoned executive, business leader, investor and advisor with more than 35 years' experience building, leading and scaling businesses across financial services, property, consultancy and start-ups.
Throughout his career, he has held senior executive and board-level leadership roles, including Chief Commercial Officer positions with Canada Life, Friends First and QRE Real Estate Advisers. He also held senior leadership roles with the Irish Mortgage Corporation and Gunne Property Group, where he led sales organisations, drove commercial growth and managed large-scale business development initiatives.
In addition to corporate leadership, Rocky has hands-on entrepreneurial and investment experience, having established, scaled and invested in businesses within consultancy, financial services and real estate. His perspective is grounded in practical experience — leading teams, growing revenues, navigating change, completing integrations and making real-world commercial decisions.
His experience spans business transformation, market entry, M&A integration, organisational development, and distribution strategy, combining strategic insight with the practical judgement of someone who has built and led businesses from the front.
